El llibre explora les connexions entre l\u2019aprenentatge i la pr\u00e0ctica efica\u00e7 de construcci\u00f3 de pau; les consideracions \u00e8tiques respecte al monitoratge, l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 i l\u2019aprenentatge; els tipus de canvi que promou la pr\u00e0ctica de la construcci\u00f3 de pau; la planificaci\u00f3 per al canvi a llarg termini i la multiplicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019impacte (scaling up) de les activitats; i conclou amb un cap\u00edtol sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques de documentaci\u00f3 que poden millorar l\u2019aprenentatge.<br \/>\nJohn Paul Lederach<br \/>\nJohn Paul Lederach ha treballat durant m\u00e9s de trenta anys en el terreny de la transformaci\u00f3 de conflictes i la construcci\u00f3 de pau a Am\u00e8rica Llatina, \u00c0sia, \u00c0frica, \u00c0sia Central i Nord-am\u00e8rica. Fruit d\u2019aquesta experi\u00e8ncia ha publicat nombrosos llibres i manuals sobre el tema. Actualment \u00e9s profes\u00adsor de Construcci\u00f3 Internacional de la Pau al Kroc Institute for Internati\u00adonal Peace Studies, Universitat de Notre Dame, i \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un destacat in\u00advestigador del Center for Justice and Peacebuilding a l\u2019Eastern Mennonite University.<br \/>\nLa col\u00b7lecci\u00f3<br \/>\nLa col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 &#8216;Eines de pau, seguretat i just\u00edcia&#8217; (ICIP i L\u00edniazero) vol ser un suport \u00fatil per a les persones que, amb diferents graus d&#8217;implicaci\u00f3, se senten compromeses amb el treball per la pau.
