It provides services to public administrations, academia and civil society, and is accountable to the Parliament, the Government and society as a whole.<\/p><p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"769\">To engage with the widest possible geographical and thematic diversity, ICIP is structured around four areas of work and five cross-cutting lines of action: awards, grants, publications, strategic partnerships and communication.<\/p><p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"903\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">ICIP\u2019s mandate and methodology, as well as its strategic priorities and
