{"id":20590,"date":"2021-07-12T06:07:43","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T06:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.icip.cat\/publicat-el-primer-pla-digualtat-de-genere-de-licip\/"},"modified":"2021-07-12T14:32:19","modified_gmt":"2021-07-12T14:32:19","slug":"icips-first-gender-equality-plan-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.icip.cat\/en\/icips-first-gender-equality-plan-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"ICIP\u2019s first Gender Equality Plan has been released"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Equality and care are among ICIP\u2019s intrinsic values, and a gender perspective is a cross-cutting tool that guides the institution\u2019s action throughout its various action lines.\u00a0That is why ICIP has also decided to create its first <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.icip.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Pla-Igualtat-ICIP.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Gender Equality Plan<\/a> (available in Catalan), developed in a participatory manner by the fifteen people who make up the staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan will be valid until 2025 and has been designed with the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To ensure effective <strong>equal opportunities<\/strong> for ICIPemployees;<\/li><li>To promote <strong>the integration of the gender perspective<\/strong> into ICIP\u2019s organizational culture and management;<\/li><li>To promote the values of <strong>gender equality, inclusiveness and respect<\/strong> for plurality among the staff and with external companies and individuals with whom ICIP works.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodology used<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The elaboration of the ICIP Equality Plan has been carried out following the methodology proposed by the Directorate-General of Equality of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families of the Government of Catalonia, and considering current regulations at the state regional level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan has been elaborated based on the diagnosis carried out between October 2020 and February 2021 and considered current regulations regarding equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace and equality plans.
