The replacement is due to the renovation of part of the Board members appointed by the Parliament of Catalonia, which also meant the end of mandate of Grasa.<br \/>\nXavier Masllorens, graduate in psychology and activist of social movements, has been former president of FundiPau, and General Director of the NGO Education without Borders and of the Organization for Intellectual Disability of Catalonia (Dincat). He has also worked as communication director for Sindic de Greuges and Intermon Oxfam.<br \/>\nThe ICIP Board of Governors, as established by article 6 of the Law 14\/2007 for the creation of ICIP, is composed by ten members: seven appointed by the Catalan Parliament (C\u00e9cile Barbeito, Carme Colomina, Vicent Mart\u00ednez Guzm\u00e1n, Xavier Masllorens, \u00d3scar Mateos, Magda Oranich and Antoni Pigrau) and three other appointed by the Government (Carme Garcia, David Minoves and Manel Vila).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He has been elected by the new ICIP Board of Governors, in substitution of Rafael Grasa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6992,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6991","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sense-categoria"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.6 -
