Cuando se gestionan de forma constructiva contribuyen al progreso social. Si no son reconocidos y tratados a tiempo, pueden afectar a la convivencia social y, en casos extremos, escalar hacia un escenario de violencia.<\/p><p>Cuando un sector de la poblaci\u00f3n niega la legitimidad y propugna la eliminaci\u00f3n del pensamiento democr\u00e1tico divergente, la polarizaci\u00f3n se vuelve t\u00f3xica: una din\u00e1mica destructiva que afecta tambi\u00e9n a las democracias consolidadas.<\/p><p>Esta l\u00ednea de trabajo ofrece herramientas de an\u00e1lisis, gesti\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n de conflictos, con especial \u00e9nfasis en el caso de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p><p>La principal herramienta para prevenir o reconducir conflictos es el di\u00e1logo. El di\u00e1logo pol\u00edtico a nivel institucional, as\u00ed como el di\u00e1logo social, en todas las esferas de la sociedad.<\/p><p>No siempre se dan las condiciones necesarias para un di\u00e1logo, pero siempre podemos contribuir a propiciarlas. Apostar por el di\u00e1logo requiere aquello que hemos denominado \u201celementos para el\u00a0<span class=\"alternative\">CUIDADO\u00bb (en catal\u00e1n, CURA)<\/span>:<\/p><p><strong>\u2013 Curiosidad<\/strong>\u00a0por entender las razones de qui\u00e9n piensa de manera diferente.<br \/><strong>\u2013 Respeto<\/strong>\u00a0a todas las personas, independientemente de sus posiciones.<br \/><strong>\u2013 Autocr\u00edtica<\/strong>, porque nadie tiene la verdad absoluta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
