{"id":5190,"date":"2018-09-20T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.icip.cat\/cauce-ciudadano-premio-icip-constructores-de-paz-2018\/"},"modified":"2021-09-20T09:03:28","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T09:03:28","slug":"cauce-ciudadano-premio-icip-constructores-de-paz-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.icip.cat\/es\/cauce-ciudadano-premio-icip-constructores-de-paz-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Cauce Ciudadano, Premio ICIP Constructores de Paz 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"FW_sArticleFoto\">\n<div class=\"FW_sEditPro\">\n<p>Cauce Ciudadano\u00a0es una entidad fundada el a\u00f1o 2000\u00a0<span class=\"alternative\">por<\/span>\u00a0j\u00f3venes que hab\u00edan formado parte de\u00a0<span class=\"alternative\">bandas<\/span>\u00a0(los\u00a0<span class=\"alternative\">llamados<\/span>\u00a0<em><span class=\"unknown\">pandilleros<\/span><\/em>) con el objetivo de ofrecer, precisamente, atenci\u00f3n integral y oportunidades a otros adolescentes que viven y\/o generan la violencia, en entornos marcados por la exclusi\u00f3n social y con fuerte presencia del narcotr\u00e1fico y los grupos criminales.<\/p>\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n se centra en el trabajo socioeducativo y sociocomunitario en centros escolares, espacios p\u00fablicos, centros de internamiento juvenil y centros penitenciarios, con el objetivo de formar a j\u00f3venes como agentes de cambio social. Desde su creaci\u00f3n la organizaci\u00f3n ha atendido a 230.000 personas y, en un pa\u00eds, M\u00e9xico, marcado por la guerra contra la droga,\u00a0<span class=\"unknown\">Cauce Ciudadano<\/span>\u00a0ha dise\u00f1ado un modelo de prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia desde una perspectiva de derechos humanos, con el acento en la promoci\u00f3n de la salud, la atenci\u00f3n al da\u00f1o causado y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icip.cat\/es\/el-icip-reconoce-el-trabajo-de-cauce-ciudadano-con-el-premio-constructores-de-paz-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ceremonia de entrega del premio<\/a>\u00a0tuvo lugar el martes 12 de marzo en el Parlamento de Catalu\u00f1a.
