Alternatives to Security programme
Graduated in International Relations and holder of a postgraduate degree in Technopolitics and Digital Rights. He also holds a Master’s in International Security, specialising in the discursive analysis of the far right. His academic and professional background has focused on defending digital rights, promoting Euro-Mediterranean relations, conflict analysis, peace culture, and critical and decolonial approaches to security.
He joins ICIP as an officer in the Alternatives to Security Area. Previously, he worked with various international and third-sector organisations, including the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed), the Union for the Mediterranean, Xnet, the Catalan Association of Public Universities (ACUP-GUNi) and CIEMEN. In these roles, he carried out research, institutional communication and project coordination tasks related to cooperation, human rights defence and global justice.
