Finance and Administration Department
Josh Ortiz is an Administration technician and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminology at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). He has developed his professional career within the Government of Catalonia, particularly in the fields of economic management, public procurement and personnel management.
Throughout his professional experience, he has worked on the processing of administrative files, grant management, and support for economic, budgetary and personnel-related processes. He has also performed citizen service functions across different areas of the public sector.
In 2026, he joined ICIP’s Finance and Administration Department, where he supports economic, procurement, and human resources tasks.
